Terms of Service for Orbital

Orbital is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Orbital for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

Orbital is a personal subscription tracking app. It helps you record subscription details, organize them, view upcoming renewals, and set local reminders.

Orbital is not a billing platform, payment processor, bank, or financial advisory service. You remain responsible for reviewing bills, cancellation terms, renewal dates, and payment obligations.

Orbital is local-first. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights status of content you enter, import, or upload, including custom icons, photos, notes, and subscription information.

You are responsible for backups. Deleting the app, clearing data, changing devices, corruption, or device failure may result in loss of locally stored information.

Orbital may offer a paid upgrade called Orbital Plus through platform billing. Platform billing systems process purchases and refunds under their own policies.

We do not collect or store full payment card information.

Orbital is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Reminder notifications, renewal projections, and calendar displays are best-effort only and can be delayed, suppressed, inaccurate, or unavailable due to device settings, platform behavior, permissions, data entry mistakes, or software defects.
